On Parturi offers a 30-day return policy from the date of order for its products. This includes discounted items as well.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package.
Please note that products sent without a return request will not be accepted.
If you are returning products from outside Finland, shipping times may vary.

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
To exchange a product, return the original item and make a new purchase of the desired item after the return is approved. If you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
